A: With an application of 3 coats, you can expect the following coverage:

A: With an application of 2 coats, you can expect the following coverage:

A: Novaprimer covers on average:

Q: What base does the primer have, is it oil?
A: Novaprimer is a water-based acrylic.
Q: Is your primer harmful to the environment?
A: Our primers are not harmful to the environment.
They are odorless, nontoxic, and they do not contain harmful substances such as chrome and heavy metals.
Q: What can I apply Novaprimer with?
A: Our Novaprimer can be applied with a number of different tools:
- With a brush, working from top to the bottom.
- With a typical paint roller.
- With a Spray-gun.
Q: What substrates can I apply Novaprimer on?
A: Novaprimer is very flexible and can be applied on a number of substrates including:
- New or pre-existing plasters
- Concrete
- Plaster board
- Paints
- Other surfaces
Q: What is the shelf-life of Novaprimer?
A: If stored at temperatures between 40º and 95º F, they are guaranteed for 12 months.
Q: Can the Novaprimer be tinted?
A: Yes it can! It can be delivered in white or in any number of custom colors.
Q: What are the application procedures?
A: The application process is simple and can be broken down into 3 basic steps:
- Add up to 80-100% of clean water, depending on substrate absorption.
- It is recommended to make a trial first, to make sure the sealer well penetrates inside the wall and leaves no glossy reflections. If this should be the case, increase the water dilution rate.
- Best results are achieved when applied with a brush, roller or spray-gun.
