Description
R-Stone (formerly Rust-On) is a highly decorative water based acrylic resin coating. It results in a stunning metallic effects for interior and exterior walls. After applying R-Stone Fondo white base with creative texture, the surface faux application of R-Stone patina antiquing will result in the creation of a surface that is not only pleasing to the eye, but pleasing to the touch. R-Stone is an easy way to add elegance and style to any high end modern interior design. The R-Stone vibrant colors range from Rosso (red), Blu (blue), Perla (pearl), Metal Silver and Metal Gold. These metallic pigments are flowable by nature and as a result can be rolled, troweled, sponged or brushed on the intended R-Stone Fondo substrate. The result is a surface that is rich with pleasant chromatic effects.
Application:
- Apply 1 coat of Novaprimer.
- Apply first coat of R-Stone Fondo.
- Apply 2nd coat with desired textural effect.
- Apply desired R-Stone top coat patina.
